What Are the Use Cases for Not Sending Logs?

There's definitely some use cases for that link. Will people want to not send logs and that sends saves the network sort of layer? But then you lose the ability to query it. We have some features that do this in our product, but having it in the collector I think is also has its advantages in terms of not having to send all the logs to the service.
