After 20 years of working with toddlers, they still sometimes baffle me. I don't have them completely down de they still confuse me sometimes. But i think it's really important that we model empathy,. And the other pieces that like, you know, if i bumped into my assistant, or if i bump into the children, and i work with all these tiny humans... It happens to me all the time. The beautiful thing about toddlers too, as they tend not to hold a grudge.
