Yoga - Yama and Niyama

Is this the first word Dummy's? Good question. I think in the 14th century, one of those Chinese philosophers did something about battle for cowards. Yama is things not to do and Niyama is things to do. Crowley sort of tries to hand wave a lot of this as being empty moralism or religious moralism. And so Yama is for him, don't do things that interfere with your yoga practice. Don't get too excited and too stressed out.
