WebAssembly: A Virtual Machine for Compilers

Zinc has added its own WebAssembly interpreter to Rock's codebase. The language is being generated by the rock compiler directly, not going through LLVM. Because of that, we actually have this Web REPL, you go to rock-lang.org-reple,. And it's just an online REPL that's completely works offline. It's really fast because it's all just handwritten WebAssembly, not handwritten WebAssembly.
