The patristic literature, the writings of the early christian fathers tended to view eve pretty negatively in one of three ways. But there are a few texts that we have from early christianity that were either authored by women, or were influenced by women. Some artifacts i saw eve portrayed as a speaker. There's also ancient texts that talk about eve as a devoted wife and a model of marital harmony. And they join right hands was one of the symbols in roman marriage rituals.
