The working class is... Oh, there you go, bringing class into it again. First what it's all about, if only people would hear it. Please, good people. I am in haste. Who lives in that castle? We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. All the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting. If something is ratified, it basically means that the group has to agree. They have to give some kind of formal consent by signing an agreement or a contract. So treaties get ratified. This is another word for a self-governing community.
