I think what you're referring to is net promoter score if I'm not mistaken you got yes there's an insight here which is that and maybe a moment of a realization for some of the folks that are listening. Some people have been pushing off the account management hire because as the founder or as the creative director they can have more strategic conversations with clients. Having a count manager whose entire job is to just be responsive to clients and make sure they have clarity was a huge improvement in their experience relative to me waiting 12 hours to get back to them because I've been on zoom all day.
