The Importance of Product Discipline
The number one job is to be crystal clear on your wine, really understand your why and use a need. No one ever gets promoted from like killing a product that isn't working or future project or building. You get promoted by delivering so I'll say incentives are misaligned. The incentives are try and make it better versus less like stop and pause. Make sure that my wise and my user needs a crystal clear before we embark on something. It's an open thing. I don't know the soft form, but something I think very deeply about it.
