I Disagree, but I'm Going to Go Along Right Absolutely

Deciding whether or not to withdraw support from a patient is something probably that everyone on the team is struggling with. It's really tricky to try to find that balance of when to speak up and say, i i can't go along with this,. versus weather to say, i disagree, but i'm going to go along right absolutely. You kno, talk to your senior residence. They may be able to provide that guidance. If that doesn't e resolve it, thenan in a non confontational way, may be asked your attending.
