Good psychic self defense starts with common sense and street smarts. We have to be really careful that we don't invade people's privacy. I have a don't ask, don't tell policy,. Even with my friends, you know, I don't try to let that interfere with my friendships. And again, going back to that street smart analogy, it feels like if you're going through a psychic opening, it feeling like random stuff's happening. It's not connected. You know, it's just random. But it really can.
