Antiochus and Anticipation in Ex-Eventu Prophecies
Historians look at these chapters and they call this ex-eventu prophecies. And what that means is a prophecy that is written after the event happened. They see these chapters as predicting things that will happen and yet they're written after they happened. Some interpreters, especially Latter-day Saint ones, say I'm not going to get into the historical weeds of what's in Revelation.
