How Do You Know if You Should Wear Sunglasses?
UV protection, probably all of the time, because that's what they say with sun cream as well, isn't it? They do, yes, and it is a big issue. We think being in the Northern Hemisphere we're largely protected, but particularly because of the sun angle that we get in autumn and spring,. actually that can be really damaging for our eyes. When should we wear sunglasses? I mean, how do we know it's bright enough to wear them? In my chat with James there, he mentioned the standards that sunglasses have to meet, and if they do, they will carry a CE mark on the frames. Always look out for that.
