When you're taking pressure off your spine your central nervous system feels better. The duramatter in your brain actually goes travels down all the way to your low back and so when you can stretch your low back, that's a great observation. Just breath work cannot be I'll say oversold when we are stressed because our bodies only use 20 percent of their oxygen which is no surprise anxiety or depression is up if it doesn't function properly. It's really enticing to want to try all these new biohacks or supplements or all the fancy things but at the very least we need to get those dialed in before we add on the fancy bioh hacks or expensive supplements.
