Zelda's Antics as a Youth, Save Me the Waltz
F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote his first novel, Save Me the Waltz, while Zelda was at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1932. Fitzgerald really did not want the book to be published and had it majorly edited. Half of the royalties for her book would go toward paying down his debt. Her other big hobby at this point was painting. And she has a lot of her paintings are still visible today.
