This chapter explores different models of digital transformation, highlighting the oppressive nature of the Chinese model, the permissiveness of the American model, and the advantages of the European model. It emphasizes the need for collaboration between the US and the EU to effectively govern the digital economy and regulate big tech, while also preserving liberal democracy.
