The Risks of Project Delivery

We built the system that handles foster care agency licensing for the state of Ohio. It was like a year and a half of my life. We were building escalators to nowhere. I don't want to conflict per se, but you know, it becomes everything become kind of a negotiation when you're doing just straight project delivery like that.
