The voice would go on claim to be a man called bill who was haunting the family because he believed that it was his house. He had died in num two, 84 green street after hemorrhage in the chair in the front room. The story was corroborated by terry wilkins, who came forward saying his father had indeed lived in that house and had indeed died in the chairs just as the voice described.
