How to Build a Sexy Product

I think of software as kind of being a way to take on a superpower of some sort. If I use Google Maps, I have this kind of prescience about where in my city traffic jams are taking place right now. Or I'm using Skype and I'm having a conversation with someone who's very far away from me. And so I have this superpower of being able to transmit my thoughts or whatever that might be. So just as a person in the world, I'd like to see it be better for that reason, if nothing else.
