Dark funnel is basically traffic that comes to us with you without referral information for technical reasons or direct traffic. It means type directly into a browser because I knew about you from reading a billboard or talking to a friend or listening to a podcast. So if I pick off a lead, I've got them on a landing page. In theory, I know where they came from. But it's very interesting to also ask them and people are increasingly doing this.
