D- Dopamine (the reward hormone)

O- Oxytocin (the bonding & belonging hormone)

S- Serotonin (the feel good, good mood hormone)

E- Endorphins (the pain relieving hormone)

Ali encourages listeners to prioritise self-care and to give themselves permission to experience joy daily, ultimately fostering a ripple effect of happiness in their lives and the lives of others.
