Is India a State-Driven Technology?

I think wi just go back to a point that you made earlier about experimental nuclear physics and the kind of patronage needed for it to take off in india at a scale that was impactful. I could be wrong, but i don't know of any country where it's not state driven. It is such a dangerous technology that most countries have not seen reason to move it out of state control or state regulation. So i don't a see room for changing that. Now, what happens after energy is produced, for example, and the energy is put on the grid? That's a different discussion.
