Rutha Swainwright has been very busy since he was named Rolling Stone's Best New Artist of the Year back in 1998. And now he's setting out on a new world tour off the back of his new album called Folk Off Proceed. He says it's like a recorded birthday party for his 50th and it's packed with other artists like Cheryl Crowe, Shaka Khan and John Legend. The song is called Down in the Willow Garden and it's a traditional Appalachian ballad about a man accused of murdering his lover.
