I don't think meat belongs in space. Most of our space is going to be with robots and machines. Slesh just does not do well in space, particularly for long term. And I believe that we will solve this in the next hundred years. How many people would be living on the planet in 10,000 years? Do we have a trillion on the planet? Is that even possible? I don't know what that math looks like. But I think we're going to have billions of other artificial alien robots and AIs. So I think we'll have many, many minds on the planet, but they may not be human minds.
