Community Is Giving and Receiving
To be community means to give and receive each other's gifts. You know, i grow when i realize that somebody else received my gift. In the christian community, you all are leaders from the point of view of your gifts. And in that mutuality of giving and receiving, thereis a community. There's never a community when all the gifts are in some one person's hands and all the rest are your followers.
