The Effect of 100 Bonus Depreciation on the Lazy 1031 Exchange

With a dropping down 80% there's actually some other elements of depreciation that are happening in there that actually increase it from 80% to the 90s. The five and 15 year property gets hit with 80% bonus appreciation but then the remaining amount that extra 20% is then being depreciated separately. It's double declining balance on the five-year property and it's like 150% on the 15 year property so really it's like i think it ends up being 92 or something percent.
