The Achilles Heel of Europe's Lack of Innovation

McKinsey Global Institute recently put out a report on Europe and European competitiveness. What we found was indeed this point about European growth relative to, let's say, growth in North America and growth in Asia. And the root of that is technology - information and computing technologies started in a sector that have actually become transversal.
