What Do Most Confessional Reform Baptists Think About This Doctrine?
Most reformed Baptists and most reformed Baptist churches do not believe in a local dissent of Christ. It's been more neglected than rejected, although certainly there would be some who have studied it. So your acknowledging that your position is probably the minority position even amongst a reformed Baptist does not necessarily mean that people reject your position. They just haven't come to hold it as their own.
