So in this case, if it's the morning people, they would write down their problem solution statement. The problem should only be a sentence, maybe two sentences long. For example, when we have a meeting at ten o'clock at night, i've already been working all day and extremely exhausted, and i can't focus an question like, well is that really a problem? Or i disagree with that problem.
