Openers are a workout that you do the day before a race and it's a workout you do after a recovery day. An hour on the trainer feels more than an hour outdoors so given that this is a warm up the day before the race really just air on theShort side of openers: cyclocross I like to do three to five reps on practice race start and thirty seconds off maybe a road race.
