Christy tippet: We've talked a lot this week about reckoning. Is there a relationship between grace and reckoning? How does mourning transform our grief into grace? Rane Jones: For me, that letting go is a profound description of what forgiveness is. The thing i don't um like about the term reckoning is it can play into sort of old christian notions of you must have or you're going to hell.
