You can set an automated email that says, Hey, Bob, just wanted to remind you tonight at midnight is your last day to be able to take advantage of the 10% discount. So I'm literally sending a text message and two emails in the first week after a guest checks out. People need a nudge off the fence, and it's the same thing for them to come back and book with us.
