The El Nino and La Nino Effects on the Northwest
The forecast right now or for about a 60% chance of developing El Nino conditions going into the fall. We don't expect any immediate concerns and maybe not much impact for the summer, but definitely going into next fall or winter, I think is going to be the most impactful time. It was just too warm for the snow to stick around.
