Refrain From Negativity

Soh tries to refrain the negative. At the same time, acknowledge but ignore the ants. It's easy to get caught up in things and forget why you're doing it. Post reminders, photos, inspirational quotes,. whatever could help remind you why you want to do what it is you're doing. Focus on the now. Consciously remember the positive aspects of what you're doing or you're working towards. If we can't make a decision about it, write down that we have to deal with it... But to keep ruminating detracts us from the productivity that we so desperately want.
