Catherine and AJ's Synergy

Catherine is a true believer in people and she trusted us an extraordinary amount. She wired me a million dollars to put down the deposit on this property near the high line and we started a company. About halfway through that project she said I really like doing business with you I don't want to be an investor why don't we start a true company together? And so there was this wonderful synergy of timing where Catherine and AJ and I all came together kind of at the same time.
