Is There a Contingent of Transe People in the U.S.?

i suspect the current geographic incarnation at the united states is not long for this world, and that it is more likely to have some set of success or nations. People will in any kind of society where there is opportunity, where they are allowed to, an elite will naturally form. And hopefully that's an elite based upon what those people can bring to that society, rather than a purely extractve elite. I've no idea where the new elite is going to come from. But i thinkit, it will be made manifest to us as it happens, and it's just a question of being prepared for that.
