What Is a Writer's Room?

There's been sort of this effort by streamers for a while now to kind of kill the concept of a writer's room in a lot of shows. And so with streaming, there's different loopholes that they can get into which is if you start creating a show before it's even technically green lit,. But because it's not green lit, you're not beholden to the same rules through the WGA. You can start hiring people at their minimum, even if they are should be making more than that.
