How to Encourage Innovation With AI Across the Government
I like to break it apart into, you know, the different types of things that we're looking at measuring. So how do we determine what our outcomes are? How do we think about measuring for an effect or impact or outcome that we want to have on a problem? And then, there's different ways of measuring that. Time to adoption and time to value are absolutely paramount. The core of all value is, is solving someone's pain point. I think that's really where we need to start measuring, if that makes sense.
