How to Improve Your Sleep Hygiene for ADHD

Research does show that our spasiness, distractibility and ability to regulate ourselves, it worsens when we are not sleeping well. So if we can improve our sleep, we may be able to improve our ADHD symptoms or at least make them so that they're not as prominent. If you don't seek treatment, you can work to improve your sleep hygiene.
