Karthon: I want to share some more information about the case and how things unfolded for our patient. So ultimately, our pulmonology consultants did perform a fine-neal aspiration to obtain tissue diagnosis of this lung mass. And although that took some time for them to complete, our pretest probability for GPA was so high that we ended up starting empiric management for GPA in patient while we were waiting for the biopsy results to be seated. The patient received pulsto steroids with IV salimadrol for three days and then was transitioned to PO prednisone for 75 milligrams followed by a taper with a spectrum for PJP prophylaxis. He
