If I had my way, I would lean on PCSK9 inhibitors a lot more than statins or Zeddia. They've got a really elegant mechanism of action and are phenomenal at lowering LDL cholesterol. There has not been good data yet to suggest that statins can increase your risk of cognitive decline in any way - even in E4 patients.
