A study by harvard business school researcher and assistant professor allison woodbrooks found that those who are able to see a nerve racking situation an opportunity and not a threat perform better. Telling yourself things such as, i am excited or get excited, positively correlates with better results in a stressful situation. Some people are their own worst enemies, and they're the reason for the stress that comes on to their life.
