Meal plan suggests that each meal looks something like this. So you're ditching healthy fats but loading up on sugars, lectins and animal protein. Plus the diet completely allows gut destroying artificial sweeteners. You can fast without starving your body of nutrients depriving your brain of essential fat or loading your gut up with destructive sweeteners. The way the H.C.G. diet combined intermittent fasting with a pretty intense calorie restriction plan has me worried. And why follow a meal plan that does so much dangerous stuff to your body in the first place?
