Sleep Apnia
The patient has a diabeds melodis type two, and is control with just some oil met foremen. He does have an elevated blood pressure but he was reluctant to be put on agents for it. His b m i is about 30 - the next circumference that correlates best with possibility of sleep apnia. The obesity may not be playing a huge role here, but certainly the hypercharbia could be.
