The One Thing You Need to Repair Your iPhone Battery

i expected apple would send me a small, italic box of screwdrivers, budgers and pliers. If that was the case, that you could just with a spudger dod do the proper job on an iphone. There wouldn't even need to be a self repair programme. I don't see my question as what Apple should have done differently. It seems like it's almost like the perfect sign of how cynical our whole industry has gotten. And i can't come up with anything that must be viewed immediately with cynicism.
