Affections and Resolutions

Pray in God's presence and fashion a small bouquet marked by the scent of myrrh. Despise the world, take all necessary care so that this journey might be blessed. Give thanks to God for these resolutions which he has given you. Offer them to his divine majesty. Once more beseech this majesty that you may have a happy death through the merits of his son's own blessed death. For the aid of the mother of God and of the saints.
