How to Balance Aerobic and Aerobic Exercises

If you go flat out for 30 seconds, I think we all know your legs are burning. There's lots going on that lactic acid is through the roof. If you do it shortly, you have less lactate, and you're able to use these pathways like creating phosphate more which can then re-synthesize, and you don't have the lactate. So you're getting the anaerobic and the aerobic, you're getting both and even some strength.
