Transgender People - What Do You Call People?

Pastor: We have to be the actual body loving and serving one another. What do we do if someone actually a christian and their transgender? Well, that's way more complicated. How do we cancel people if they want a transition genders? Or if someone says, i no longer want to be the gender i was, i've changed my mind. I want a de transition. Are we required, if somebody becomes a christian, is it required that they de transition?
