Is It a Good Idea to Look at Zillo and Redfin's Estimates?
Single family zoning laws are driving up the cost of building housing. Minimum lot size requirements are a really important one, which governs how large a yard each house has to sit on. So i think it's certainly wise for a home seller to take a look at those numbers and get a feel for what some a software company thinks their houses worth as a starting point before deciding to make any sale.
