Many, many men don't do that. They think it's a taboo and stigma and it's a sign of weakness actually to share. We should have lots of self grace and self compassion and just self forgiveness. The second one is, you know, toolkit can be extremely rich and diverse. And I will encourage people to use as many toolkits within themselves, within their community and all the available resources for them internally and externally.
