The margarita is the most popular cocktail in the world. It's a mix of tequila, triple sec, and lemon juice served with salt on rim. There are several claims about who invented the margarita. One claim is that it was invented by accident, by a Mexican bartender. A dancer called Marjorie King said she was allergic to all spirits except tequila. So an owner of a Tijuana restaurant invented this drink specifically for her.
